This is a multi-discipline position, and we welcome candidates with experience in all or some of the areas of law.
You will be responsible for:
- Employment tribunal claims including advocacy
- Property litigation including boundary disputes, evictions, and landlord/tenant disputes
- Commercial and individual litigation including breach of contract and negligence
- General employment claims for employers and employees including advice and settlement agreements.
Ideally candidates will have 1-4 years PQE. However, applications will be considered from newly qualified solicitors if they have undertaken a seat within corporate, litigation or employment law. The broad range of work on offer gives an opportunity for a varied caseload, although future specialisation is available if desired. Training will be given where needed.
You will be expected to participate in the firm’s business development, including seminars, events, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
